The school year is flying by, not much longer til' summer break. Mike has decided to jump all in to cub scouts - he's going to be the asst. Den Leader and asst. Camping Coordinator. He's already had two full day trainings for preparing camping trips and first aide/CPR. He graciously volunteered me to design the Pack website. Since Wolf isn't into sports, guess this is a good direction to go, and it's very family oriented so Skylar can participate as well.
Wolf moved up to a Tiger Scout. (this is a terrible picture, but they painted their faces)
The weather was so perfect, it was tough to keep all the scouts in the banquet room with a playground steps away.
We went bowling, somehow Skylar managed to make a few strikes...to her big brother's dismay.
Jammin' out!
We went to the park and had lunch during one of our nicer days.
Wolf was the "Star Student" at school, which means it's his turn to make a poster about himself and take a dirty stuffed frog for the weekend and write about it in a book. The kids enjoyed rigging up the frog as a girl - then doing a little Photoshop magic. :)
I helped him place the photos around the poster, but he wrote everything on his own.
Love the skull and crossbone tatoo on his arm.
Skylar had a space launch at her school, the concept was cute but the kids looked so sad singing songs with paper bags on their heads.
It was teach appreciation week, so the kids and I made these flower pens for their teachers. (Used leftover flowers from Skya's fairy party)
Hula-hula girl!
Took Wolf, Skya and her best friend Haley to see Hansel and Gretel ballet. The kids loved it.
Afterwards the dancers are out in the lobby for autographs.
Going for a walk...
An alternative to the baby stroller.Wolf is a scootin' fool.
Skylar ready to go to a princess birthday party.
The many fashions of Skya, very appropriate for her birthday party to be a Fashionista theme.
